Services

I offer 60 or 90-minute counseling sessions. These sessions could be in preparation for an EMDR intensive, as follow-up to an intensive, or as a separate therapy. For 60-minute sessions, I accept Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Optum, and am an out-of-network provider with Tricare. I can also provide a Superbill for my services, which you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

When we schedule a multi-day intensive, I reserve that entire time for working with you. A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining 50% will be paid on the last day of the intensive.
